Shove off.<\/p>\n

Now that\u2019s a funny phrase.\u00a0 I know for little boats, it makes sense.\u00a0 But if you shove off a big gargantuan ship\u2026. well now\u2026 THAT is a big shove.<\/p>\n

At any rate.\u00a0 Away we shoved.<\/p>\n

So out to sea, leaving the city of Amsterdam.\u00a0 It started raining as we were crossing part of the country side.\u00a0 We saw one lone little sheep out in a farmyard.\u00a0 I opened up the window and hollered its way\u2026. \u201cGet out of the rain, you silly sheep.\u00a0 You are certainly going to shrink.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I don\u2019t think it heard me.<\/p>\n

There are a lot of people on this boat.\u00a0 A wide scope of people.\u00a0 However, most are of the geriatric variety.\u00a0 Falling asleep on the deck, and such.<\/p>\n

Speaking of the deck.\u00a0 The cruise people\u2026. pipe in calming and relaxing music in all the public areas.\u00a0\u00a0 While Mary and I were tooling around, and exploring\u2026. they started playing the theme from \u201cThe Titanic.\u201d\u00a0 Bad choice of songs, by my estimation.<\/p>\n

The sea is pretty choppy today, and the ship is really swaying.\u00a0 Even the veteran cruisers are saying this is unusually bad.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t think we would be able to feel much, but I am sitting here bouncing right now.<\/p>\n

We are out to sea for a couple of days now.\u00a0 We get into Berlin on Sunday.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t see land anymore\u2026. but I am keeping my eyes wide open for icebergs, I\u2019ll tell you.<\/p>\n

Truthfully.\u00a0 Looking outside,\u00a0 I can\u2019t see much now\u2026 in the dark of night\u2026 on a big wide ocean.\u00a0\u00a0 But you know.\u00a0\u00a0 There is so much to see everywhere, and every how.\u00a0 If you are really looking.\u00a0\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t have to be in a foreign land, or in a far away place.\u00a0 It could be in the city where you live, or even in your own backyard.\u00a0 The knack of appreciation is in seeing the beauty…. of the tulips in the Netherlands… or the ones in the front row of your garden.\u00a0\u00a0 Or even in the mirror in front of you.<\/p>\n
