It was a good luck kind of day.<\/p>\n

For the first part of the day, I enjoyed working outside for the most of the morning and afternoon.\u00a0 Good work.<\/p>\n

But at one point, I decided to lay down on the ground and soak in the warmth and the glow of the day.\u00a0 I laid there, very still, and contemplated the light of the sun, reaching my skin, from 92,960,000 miles away.\u00a0 The implications of this magnificent postulation are astronomical.<\/p>\n

And then late this afternoon, the good luck continued, in that we got to spend time with a couple of our favorite guys.<\/p>\n

We played.\u00a0 It was a Gator riding, bon firing, muddy hiking, rock finding, fish feeding, game playing, snake fighting, movie watching, pizza eating melee.<\/p>\n

Needless to say.\u00a0 We had a great time.<\/p>\n

The movie of choice tonight\u2026 Horton Hears a Who.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t know the story\u2026 it is about an entire civilization, existing on a speck of dust, which resides on a small flower\u2026\u00a0 which Horton the Elephant finds.\u00a0 Horton carried the flower with his trunk, trying to find a safe place for the speck\u2026 the planet\u2026 the civilization of those tiny Who\u2019s……\u00a0 to live and reside.<\/p>\n

The implications of this magnificent postulation are astronomical.<\/p>\n

I felt the potential of being extremely small\u2026 or extremely large\u2026 at the very same time.<\/p>\n

And then I remembered what I saw out on the hill today, when we were hiking with the boys.\u00a0 I think it was the\u00a0 Whoville Speck.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been outside with a flashlight looking ever since\u2026. and \u2026.. can’t find it.\u00a0 I guess I will never know.<\/p>\n

And. Now\u2026 I can\u2019t sleep.<\/p>\n
