Energy.\u00a0 I have it. You have it.\u00a0 The Universe is chock-full of the stuff.\u00a0 But what is it, really?<\/p>\n

Now.\u00a0 Don\u2019t turn the page.\u00a0 I\u2019m only going to talk Bill-Nye-the-Science-Guy<\/em> for one little minute.<\/p>\n

In Physics\u2026 we know that one of the golden rules is this:
\nWork = Force x Distance.<\/p>\n

So\u2026. The energy of an object (or system)\u2026. is how much work the object can do on some other object. (or system, on another system).\u00a0 Energy can assume all sorts of different forms.\u00a0 It can be\u2026..\u00a0 thermal, electrical, mechanical, chemical, radiant, or kinetic.<\/p>\n

But what kind are we?\u00a0 Personally…. I think it is all of the above\u2026 mashed up all together\u2026 in the human-atmospheric-psyche-energy.<\/p>\n

HAP Energy\u2026.. is just what I call it on a rainy day.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the thing.\u00a0 I am so blessed.\u00a0 Fortunate.\u00a0 Lucky.\u00a0 Whatever you want to call it.\u00a0 I am so fortunate in the way of GREAT people in my life.\u00a0 Today\u2026 I have been reminded of this time and time\u2026. and holy-crappin\u2019 time again.<\/p>\n

I have encountered so many wonderful humans today.\u00a0 My partner in life\u2026 a few really good friends\u2026\u00a0 my sister visiting from Montana\u2026 and on.\u00a0 I have been touched by them, healed by them, enlightened by them.\u00a0\u00a0 I have both laughed and cried because of them.\u00a0 I am becoming a better person because of them.<\/p>\n

Now back to energy.\u00a0 I would say these people are exuding Positive HAP energy.\u00a0 It makes me feel good just to be around them.\u00a0 They feel like warm sunshine.\u00a0 Supercaliffredulisticexpialodocious.<\/p>\n

Then.\u00a0 There are some days when I come into contact with humans who are filled with Negative HAP energy.\u00a0 Those are the ones that wear you out.\u00a0 That drain you.\u00a0 That can bring you down a notch if you let them.\u00a0 The complainers, the nay-sayers, the gloom-and-doomers.<\/p>\n

My dog Ollie says\u2026 we humans either taken a \u201cPuppy Upper\u201d or a \u201cDoggie Downer\u201d\u2026.\u00a0 and Ms. Ollie is right.<\/p>\n

Yes, there is a world of difference between the Negative HAP Energy Slugs\u2026. or the Positive HAP Energy Bunnies.\u00a0 I love the bunnies.\u00a0 Not so crazy about the slugs.<\/p>\n

I can only say this.\u00a0 When we surround ourselves with goodness, I think goodness is what we will find. Yes. The good.\u00a0 The light.\u00a0 The loving.\u00a0 On the contrary, if we remain with those who eat up the light\u2026 we will be\u2026. in the dark.<\/p>\n

I am thank my lucky stars\u2026 for all that good light.<\/p>\n

As for the negative slugs in our lives?\u00a0 Keep a salt shaker handy.<\/p>\n
