My faith in the human condition has been restored.<\/p>\n

You know, on any given day, the world might have a way of bringing you down.\u00a0 Holy cow.\u00a0 Watch the news for 5 minutes.\u00a0 As a race, it seems we humans sometimes do everything possible to ensure our demise.<\/p>\n

Everything from the presidential candidates in the clown car\u2026 to massive war destruction in countries abroad.<\/p>\n

Yet.\u00a0 There is the other side of it.<\/p>\n

On any of those same given days, there are ALL sorts of people doing good things for other people.\u00a0 From the very small to the very large.\u00a0 It could be as simple as letting someone turn in front of you in heavy traffic\u2026 to hosting a wedding for friends\u2026. to volunteering for a community cause\u2026 or saving lives in some emergency room in war torn Somalia.<\/p>\n

Yes.\u00a0 There are truly so many good people with good causes.\u00a0 Those people who go about there day\u2026 just doing a great job at what they do.\u00a0\u00a0 From fixing a fence to mending a heart.<\/p>\n

But my example specifically, is just like the stone thrown in a pond.\u00a0 It starts with a little splash, and before you know it\u2026 there are ripples everywhere.<\/p>\n

How do they say\u2026. turn that frown upside down?\u00a0 Well.\u00a0 Today was\u2026 turn that 707 upside down.<\/p>\n

Yessirreeee Bobby McGee.\u00a0 I was astounded how many people were waiting to LOL.\u00a0 I had more texts, emails, and messages\u2026 where folks simply wanted to laugh out loud.\u00a0 And laugh they did.<\/p>\n

What was once a defunct 1% activity globally, has now found a small resurgence here\u2026 and I think the movement will continue to gain steam. Momentum is on our side.<\/p>\n

Oh it brings a wave of joy to my heart.<\/p>\n

Trust me.\u00a0 Laughing is marvelous in every way.<\/p>\n

A good laugh has great short-term effects. When you start to laugh, it doesn’t just lighten your load mentally, it actually induces physical changes in your body.\u00a0\u00a0 Yes\u2026 it is TRUE.<\/p>\n

We change physiologically when we laugh. We stretch muscles throughout our face and body, our pulse and blood pressure go up, and we breathe faster…. which in turn… sends more oxygen to our tissues.\u00a0 And as such\u2026 laughing out loud\u2026. stimulates many organs.\u00a0 It also activates and relieves your stress response.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It soothes tension.<\/p>\n

This is all according to the Mayo Clinic.<\/p>\n

If that weren\u2019t enough.. they say laughing has long-term effects too.
\nLaughter can improve your immune system.\u00a0 Not to mention, laughing releases a form of pain relievers in our own bodies.\u00a0 So.\u00a0 Pain relief.\u00a0 And of course the obvious\u2026 it improves your mood.<\/p>\n

Better for you than Florida Orange Juice.<\/p>\n

And there you have it.\u00a0 Laugh today.\u00a0 Laugh out loud.\u00a0 Cause someone to laugh a little too.\u00a0 I think the more the laugh, the better.\u00a0 Better for the GOOD cause.\u00a0 Better for\u00a0 the human condition.<\/p>\n
