Well.\u00a0 I was not going to bring up the chickens again any time soon.\u00a0 I figured you all were growing tired of the Chicken Scoop.<\/p>\n

But I scoop chicken poop from the chicken coop.\u00a0 I think I\u2019ve been duped.\u00a0 By the entire troupe AND the group. Yes, oh yes.\u00a0 Here sits a nincompoop.\u00a0 But if they are not careful\u2026 they might become soup.<\/p>\n

Oh.\u00a0 I\u2019m just jerking around here.\u00a0 I love those chickens.\u00a0 But not enough to kiss them, as was warned by a good friend, Jean Bussell.\u00a0 Apparently, there are a lot of \u201cBackyard Chicken Farmers\u201d who really, really love their chickens.\u00a0 Enough to kiss them on their little chicken lips.\u00a0 They hug them and squeeze them and bring them into their homes.<\/p>\n

I can only imagine.<\/p>\n

Okay.\u00a0 Truth be told, I do pick up the chickens and hold them for a bit.\u00a0 I talk to them, while I am at it.<\/p>\n

What about?\u00a0 Oh\u2026 you KNOW.\u00a0 The usual stuff.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s new with you chicken?\u201d
\n\u201cI\u2019ll peck your eyes out human.\u201d
\n\u201cOh, c\u2019mon chicken.\u00a0 You like being held, don\u2019t you?\u201d

\n\u201cNow, now there chicken.\u00a0 I thought you and I could be friends.\u201d
\n\u201cSeriously?\u00a0 I don\u2019t really give a cluck.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s pretty much it.\u00a0 I don\u2019t think they really like us so much.\u00a0 They put on a great act when we have food.\u00a0 But besides that\u2026 it is \u201cTalk to the Chicken Butt.\u201d<\/p>\n

They know I am going to take their first born.
\nAnd their second\u2026 and as many dozen as I can pilfer.<\/p>\n

Therein lies the reason for their dislike\u2026 for ALL the Fried Egg Eaters in the world.\u00a0 We are ruthless.\u00a0 Especially when toast and bacon are involved.<\/p>\n
