Mesmerize.\u00a0 Compel.\u00a0 Bobble.\u00a0 Dispirit.\u00a0 Buoyant.\u00a0 Obscure.\u00a0 Long.\u00a0 Indelible.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I have words that really stick to my gizzard.\u00a0 Like the yellow outer Twinkie to the cream filling.\u00a0 That\u2019s how sticky.<\/p>\n

Yes.\u00a0 Words about life\u2026 and the comings and goings of days.<\/p>\n

And.\u00a0 Those are some of them.<\/p>\n

I have found that I am pretty good at all of these words\u2026 from time to time.\u00a0 Like just today, I had a whole plethora of emotions, thoughts, and feelings.<\/p>\n

Tonight\u2026 I sat and watched the chickens.\u00a0\u00a0 I was mesmerized.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 I think this happens to some people when they watch campfires.\u00a0 It happens to me with chickens.\u00a0 I think I am waiting for an egg to drop at any given moment.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, I was compelled<\/strong><\/em> to send someone a note.\u00a0 Because I am feeling like I may have bobbled<\/strong><\/em> a certain situation.\u00a0 But I didn\u2019t write it.\u00a0 I went back and forth.\u00a0 And there it sits\u2026 right beneath the keyboard of my computer, waiting for my brain to tell my fingers to tap the right keys.<\/p>\n

Some days\u2026 I feel dispirited.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 Other days.. quite buoyant.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 I think both are okay.<\/p>\n

However, most days, things seem obscure<\/strong><\/em> to me.\u00a0 Always looking for the answer to how all this works.\u00a0 Wondering about different dimensions, the possibility of time travel, the outcome of situations, the true-ness of someone\u2019s words and emotions\u2026. it seems I question it all.\u00a0 From the existence of a Higher Power\u2026. or a greater realm\u2026 all the way to the age-old question of\u2026. why Donald Duck doesn\u2019t wear pants.<\/p>\n

And sometimes\u2026 when I find myself a little sad\u2026 it seems that I am longing<\/strong><\/em> for something.\u00a0 In most cases, I can never pinpoint what that \u201cthing\u201d might be\u2026. it eludes me.\u00a0 Other times\u2026. I can see quite clearly the piece of my life that I am yearning to know again.\u00a0 Like the smile on my Dad\u2019s face\u2026 and the sound of his voice.<\/p>\n

It has been a while, but July 9, 1922 \u2026.. was a good day on this earth.\u00a0 Exceptionally good and indelible\u2026<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
