\"Mice<\/a><\/p>\n

Once upon a time, in a little corner of the world, there lived three mice.\u00a0 Sally, Sandy, and Sarah mice.\u00a0 Oh hold on to your whiskers…. for these three loved cheese.\u00a0 They loved cheese sooooo much they could barely stand it.<\/p>\n

But.\u00a0 Each one had a favorite kind of fromage.\u00a0\u00a0 Sally liked Edam…. because she thought it was fun to say Eat ’em, when she ate it.\u00a0 Now,\u00a0 Sandy found that Muenster was her favorite….. .because she liked to hum the theme to the Munster’s when she munched it down.\u00a0\u00a0 And Sarah liked Swiss… because she was a good yodeler.<\/p>\n

Now… these three mice lived in the same house… oh yes they did.\u00a0 And they could not agree upon a favorite.\u00a0 In fact… they argued day and night over which cheese was the superior kind.\u00a0 Edam. Muenster.\u00a0 Swiss.\u00a0 Edam. Muenster.\u00a0 Swiss.\u00a0 Over ad over again…<\/p>\n

At dinner time… they could scarcely enjoy their cheeses… because they were too busy quarreling to even taste their delights.\u00a0 Night after night this went on.\u00a0 Day after day.\u00a0 Bicker. Bicker. Bicker.\u00a0 Squeak. Squeak. Squeak.<\/p>\n

Then… one day… while they were away from the mouse hole…. at the mall… buying new outfits…\u00a0 … someone came in and stole all the cheese.\u00a0 Gone.\u00a0 All of it.\u00a0 Not even a nibble.<\/p>\n

When they returned, they discovered the cheese was missing.\u00a0 Even the baby cheeses. were gone.\u00a0 This made them very sad.<\/p>\n

That night, at dinner, they ate a slice of tomato and a large biscuit crumb.
\nBut.\u00a0 There was no arguing. Instead… there was\u00a0 laughter… and musing.. and fun.\u00a0 They enjoyed the tomato and the really big biscuit crumb.\u00a0 Together.<\/p>\n

And that is how it goes… sometimes.\u00a0 Little mice have a way of focusing on their little differences.\u00a0 But in fact… the things they argued about… those differences….\u00a0 were all very much alike.\u00a0 IT was cheese… after all.<\/p>\n

Yet when that cheese was gone… when those differences disappeared… they found in fact… they TRULY liked one another.\u00a0 And could share good things with one another.\u00a0 Happily.<\/p>\n

And sometimes… my friends… that is what happens in people’s lives too.\u00a0 In government, in relationships… in communities.<\/p>\n

Love the cheese.\u00a0 Share the cheese.\u00a0 Appreciate the differences.<\/p>\n
