There is just so much in this world of ours.<\/p>\n

From the amazingly good, to extremely sad.\u00a0 The\u00a0 range is wide and far.<\/p>\n

On any given day, I can span through a whole range of emotions.\u00a0 Some times more than others, and today was one of those days.
\nYes, there were times when I felt very, very happy. And other times when I experienced such sadness, I could feel nothing but the pit of my stomach growing deeper and wider.<\/p>\n

I saw pregnant deer tonight.\u00a0 Flowers blooming.\u00a0 Glorious food.<\/p>\n

I saw terrible things on the news.\u00a0 Anger and hatred.\u00a0 Death.<\/p>\n

I heard good things about people. Today, I felt incredible gestures of love and friendship.\u00a0 I experienced times of healing today, and other times of complete peace.\u00a0 Then hours, or even moments later, learned of things which were devastating.\u00a0 Or came in touch with brushes of life\u2019s unfairness to others.\u00a0 Things which had gone terribly wrong in many corners of the planet.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know how to explain any of it. Other than, once upon a time, we fell to earth\u2026. and we are humans.\u00a0 Here we are.\u00a0 Gravity pulled us right in to this existence.\u00a0 And some day it will put us back where it found us.\u00a0 And this…. my favorite friends…. is the \u201ceverything\u201d in between.<\/p>\n

Each day, I must figure out a way to be thankful for all of it.\u00a0 It is how the universe has transpired to each given moment. Each moment, resting and relying on the previous moment.<\/p>\n

As we wake tomorrow, I hope this sun ball at the center of our universe will shine.\u00a0 And in the night the moon will find its way back into the sky.\u00a0 For there is nothing certain about this place here.\u00a0 And we can feel that ever pressing existence of the gravity, holding our feet to the surface of the earth ball. As we hurl 67,000\u00a0 miles per hour through space.\u00a0 No need to hold on.\u00a0 We stick all by ourselves.\u00a0 At least, for now.<\/p>\n

Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.<\/span>\u00a0 —\u00a0 Lao Tzu<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n
