We had plans, dag nab it.\u00a0\u00a0 But… as the old saying goes… that is the way the ball bounces.<\/p>\n

The choppy-waves-ball bounced right on top of our plans today.\u00a0 Our scheduled journey was going to be a submarine excursion.\u00a0 We were to dive down to about 100 to 150 feet, and explore a shipwreck and more.\u00a0 I was pretty dag-nabbin’ excited about the whole deal.<\/p>\n

Well… the old rough waters got the best of the boat.\u00a0 So they cancelled our outing.\u00a0 Okay.\u00a0 Fine.\u00a0 We regrouped and had a great day.\u00a0\u00a0 Golden.\u00a0 Since we had made the drive down to Georgetown, and already braved the Cruise Ship crowds, we did some shopping, and grabbed some lunch.<\/p>\n

It was fun.\u00a0 Interesting.\u00a0 A little scary at times.\u00a0 But good.\u00a0 People on cruise ships can be scary at times…I have come to find out.\u00a0 Yet… we maneuvered through.\u00a0 We even learned some things about Cricket.\u00a0\u00a0 Not much… albeit.\u00a0 The sport looks very confusing.<\/p>\n

Later… on our way back up to the East End, we stopped at a little shop that made mostly soap.\u00a0 Nice smelling bars of soap.\u00a0 So….we bought a lot of the stuff.\u00a0 In fact… we have enough bars….we could build a jail cell.\u00a0 And tonight….\u00a0\u00a0 I took a shower with some Lime and Coconut Soap.\u00a0 I smell great….. and with a nose like this… I would know.<\/p>\n

Finally tonight… dinner with our pals Jan and Colleen.\u00a0\u00a0 Great food, fun, and company…. from start to finish.<\/p>\n

So the point of all of this…. is that we were able to regroup.\u00a0 Easily.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Regardless of the situation…. our attitudes are our choice.\u00a0 Thankfully, we chose to be happy, and content.<\/p>\n

That really shouldn’t be that difficult, when you are on an island, in the middle of the Caribbean, with a group of people you really love.\u00a0 If I can hang on to this…. when I get back to the day-to-day of things….\u00a0 when it is 18 degrees outside… and I have a flat tire….\u00a0 and I have to be in an appointment in five minutes… and my phone just lost its charge……\u00a0\u00a0 Yep… if I can hold onto this notion of going with the flow….. it will be golden… or even yellow….<\/p>\n

…. like a Yellow Submarine.<\/p>\n
