Sometimes, when you get away from home, and get out of your normal routine, you begin to think about things differently.<\/p>\n

There are moments when you may find yourself sitting and contemplating everything… or absolutely nothing at all.\u00a0\u00a0 It could be the very profound, or perhaps something on the complete other end of the scale.\u00a0 But the time for slowing down, and thinking, is definitely there.\u00a0\u00a0 I attribute this to the water, or more to the point, the vastness of the water.<\/p>\n

When something is great, and so much larger than ourselves… it can make us wonder.\u00a0 About who we are, where we came from, and how we fit in to all of this.\u00a0 This.\u00a0 Which surrounds us.<\/p>\n

Why do I matter?\u00a0 Or more succinctly…. do I matter?\u00a0 Where I am going?\u00a0 What am I doing?\u00a0\u00a0 Learning is finding out.\u00a0 Sometimes it means finding out what we already know.<\/p>\n

Obviously, those are the more profound questions.\u00a0 But sometimes… it is little things…. like… “How did all these cats get on this island?”\u00a0 “Where did One-Eyed Willie die?\u00a0 If Brian Williams exaggerated… and got six months….\u00a0 does that mean FOX News will be run off the air completely?\u00a0 Just how big is a reef shark?\u00a0 When did shade become a commodity?<\/p>\n

And on and on and on.<\/p>\n

So, at times like these, it may not be so important that we get immediate answers.\u00a0 It just me be that we ask these things because they needed to be asked…. and nothing more.<\/p>\n
