Sometimes, when I get myself all worked up about something…. and in a tizzy, I need to remember to Breathe in.\u00a0 Breathe out.\u00a0 Breathe in.\u00a0 Breathe out.<\/p>\n

Yes, it is true.\u00a0 I know the tizzy very well.<\/p>\n

You know how it all plays out.\u00a0 Something sticks in your craw.\u00a0 And then comes the\u00a0 state of nervous excitement or agitation… mixed in with a bit of a frenzy, and fret.\u00a0 Mostly for me…it comes in the form of agitation.<\/p>\n

Like…. when I hear the proverbial “It is what it is.”\u00a0<\/em> (I will beat this dead horse… I will.\u00a0 With a stick.)<\/p>\n

Scientifically speaking, this axiom….“It is what it is.”<\/em>…..\u00a0 is mostly untrue.\u00a0 In the moment… in the singular second… everything is in some portion of existence.\u00a0 But in the next millisecond, it changes somehow.\u00a0 Or even faster than that.<\/p>\n

All of this universe is in a constant state of change.\u00a0 The primary law of this physical-material system is change. There is no such thing as a static state. If something doesn’t vibrate, it doesn’t exist. Nothing ever stays the same.\u00a0 Everything evolves or degenerates.\u00a0 (Most days, I feel like I am in a state of degeneration… but I digress.)<\/p>\n

Soooooo….\u00a0 why are my undies all bunched up?\u00a0 Well,\u00a0 I heard a guy being interviewed on the news this morning.<\/p>\n

The topic was controversial.\u00a0 But the gentleman (Dippy Dan, I like to call him)\u00a0 stated that the Supreme Court should rule a certain way on a current issue …. because that “something” should remain the same.\u00a0 His argument….. “because it has always been this way.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Now. That’s a very interesting opinion.\u00a0 If something has ALWAYS been a certain way…. we should leave it that way.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0\u00a0 BECAUSE that is how it has always been.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

There you have it.\u00a0 Cut and dry.\u00a0 Right down to it.<\/p>\n

But wait.\u00a0 Not so very long ago…. the world was flat.\u00a0 There was no such thing as electricity.\u00a0 Or anesthesia.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Black people could not sit at a lunch counter where white people sat.\u00a0 And women could not vote.\u00a0 ALL of those things… had ALWAYS been that way.\u00a0 Start dropping breadcrumbs… because now we are going to follow along the fuzzy logic trail.\u00a0 You see, according to Dippy Dan, those thing MUST not change, they CANNOT change.\u00a0 Because they have always been that way.<\/p>\n

Yes….. A little fuzzy to me.\u00a0 Like a dirty bellybutton.<\/p>\n

There is a life force energy in every atom and in every cell.\u00a0 Period.
\nEnergy must constantly flow.\u00a0 Period.
\nIt then follows that things must change in order accommodate this process.\u00a0 Period.<\/p>\n

Everything evolves from one point to the next, and each point must be experienced to get to the next.\u00a0 Nothing, really, stays the same.<\/p>\n

I’ve said it a hundred times here at least.\u00a0 I know.
\nBut there.\u00a0 I’ve said it again.<\/p>\n

This Tizzy of mine is ongoing.\u00a0 In a constant change.\u00a0 Besides breathing in, breathing out.
\nBut I am hoping for a change.\u00a0 In more ways than one. In more hearts than I ever dreamed possible…. I am hoping for a change.<\/p>\n
