The Heart.\u00a0 And The Soul.<\/p>\n<p>If you can get these three things to line up&#8230; you are truly a fortunate person.<\/p>\n<p>There have been times in my life when I have known this.\u00a0 When the head and heart and soul are all in agreement.\u00a0\u00a0 The result is inner peace.\u00a0 Serenity.<\/p>\n<p>But to maintain this on a daily basis has been nearly impossible for me.\u00a0 Most days, it seems,\u00a0 my physical being and my spiritual being are slightly out of sync.\u00a0 Sometimes&#8230; completely out of whack.\u00a0 It is like they decide to play a game of tag, or worse even yet&#8230;\u00a0 Tug of War.<\/p>\n<p>I think that finding true inner peace is golden.\u00a0 If everyone had it, the world would be a much different place.\u00a0 A better place.\u00a0 It is a thing to be sought and treasured.<\/p>\n<p>Wouldn&#8217;t it be wonderful, if my spiritual self could match up with my physical being&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>It can be likened to the clouds and the sun.\u00a0 These are two completely different things, but they work so perfectly together.\u00a0 They join up flawlessly and exquisitely.\u00a0 A creation of incredible beauty and magic&#8230;\u00a0 even when the sky begins to darken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\"><em><strong><span class=\"bqQuoteLink\">The final wisdom of life requires not the annulment of incongruity but the achievement of serenity within and above it.\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 <\/span>Reinhold Niebuhr<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Head.
