\"rockyroad\"<\/a>Some days, it seems, that I just keep getting the same message over and over again.<\/p>\n

It is sorta’like the old King Henry the 8th Song…. “Second verse, same as the first.”?<\/p>\n

Today,\u00a0 I had to tune in.<\/p>\n

There was no choice in the matter.\u00a0 And the thing that kept coming up again and again was the “importance of positive energy in our lives.”\u00a0 I overheard people talking about it.\u00a0 There were others who said it\u00a0 directly to me. I read about it… and heard it on the news.\u00a0 I saw it happening… and not happening.\u00a0\u00a0 Everywhere, it seems…. this notion… this idea… wanted itself to be known….. …\u00a0 loud and clear.<\/p>\n

Positive energy… a good attitude… makes the world seem brighter.<\/p>\n

Our internal perspectives…. WILL in fact, reach the outside.\u00a0 They will emit through our eyes, our mouths, and through every pore of our skinny, skin, skins.\u00a0 This will touch others…. either in a good way or a bad way.\u00a0 Depending.<\/p>\n

It is much like being at the really fun birthday party with the big stick.\u00a0 And…… if you crack open a Pinata… and there is candy on the inside… well, by goodness… candy is going to come out and spill sweetness all over the place.\u00a0\u00a0 If there is a swarm of angry bees on the inside…..<\/p>\n

You got it.<\/p>\n

On the flip side of that… some of the smallest of objects can cast some very long shadows.\u00a0\u00a0 Standing in the way of the light… in front of the light… will definitely block it.\u00a0 And as a result…. a dark shadow will prevail.<\/p>\n

Here is the thing.\u00a0 I know some really positive people in this world.\u00a0 I aspire to be like them.\u00a0 I want to learn from them.\u00a0\u00a0 I want to be a part of the light… and not the thing that blocks it out.<\/p>\n

It has been said that sometimes our choices of action might be limited.\u00a0 But the choices of our thought is not limited.\u00a0 Pinata Candy, Baby.<\/p>\n

I want my choices of thought….\u00a0 to be with the light.\u00a0 It is sometimes easier said than done.\u00a0 I want to be the candy corn and Snickers Bars\u00a0 … and not the angry bees.<\/p>\n
