I like to meditate.<\/p>\n

I do.
\nSome people call it prayer, or deep thought, or reflection.<\/p>\n

But however you look at it.. in some form or another\u2026\u00a0 it is to think deeply or focus one’s mind for a period of time.\u00a0 Some people do this in silence\u2026.. others use some methods of song\u2026 or chanting.\u00a0\u00a0 But most agree.. it is conducted for spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.<\/p>\n

Now some people are better at this than others.\u00a0\u00a0 Like the Dali Lama.\u00a0 Now that dude can meditate!\u00a0 I know quite a few people who practice meditation.\u00a0\u00a0 My oldest brother\u2019s husband is snappy at it.\u00a0 You hear a lot of different \u201cfigures\u201d in the media talk about their meditation practices from time to time.<\/p>\n

Me?\u00a0 Well.\u00a0 I suppose I am just a little preoccupied\u2026 in general.\u00a0 This is one reason I am working so hard at meditation.<\/p>\n

I even built a Meditation Garden to help me.\u00a0 It has a lot of rocks in it.\u00a0 I like rocks.\u00a0 In fact\u2026 rocks are good for a lot of things.\u00a0 Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll.\u00a0 Rock Hudson.\u00a0 Rocky Top.\u00a0 Rock of Ages.\u00a0 Bedrock.\u00a0 Rock a bye baby.\u00a0 I\u2019m gonna\u2019 Rock around the clock tonight.\u00a0 You rock.<\/p>\n

DAG NAB IT.\u00a0 See what I mean?\u00a0 I try to simply JUST TALK about mediation\u2026. and I get off track.<\/p>\n

There are times when I try to meditate and all sorts of things come rushing to mind..\u00a0 ..<\/p>\n

I mean.\u00a0 The WHOLE idea is to clear your mind of the clutter.\u00a0 Hell\u2026 I hear clutter and I feel the need to clean something. THEN, the \u201cZestfully Clean\u201d Theme Song will pop into my head.\u00a0 Next thing you know\u2026 I\u2019m saying\u2026 why did THAT POP into my head\u2026. and all of a sudden I am hungry for a Pop Tart.\u00a0 And then\u2026.<\/p>\n

Pathetic.
\nHopeless.
\nMeditation Misfit.<\/p>\n

But I got one heck of a Rock Garden out of the deal.<\/p>\n
