If I were Newt Gingrich, I think I would change my name.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know the guy\u2026 but his name isn\u2019t so great.\u00a0 I mean, when I think of Newt\u2026 I think of the old scene with the witches around the cauldron, wearing the big tall crooked black hats\u00a0 \u2026. and sporting\u00a0 hairy chins and all.\u00a0 And they are saying \u201cToil and trouble\u2026 eye of newt\u2026and\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

And.\u00a0 That\u2019s just “the Newt part” of the guy\u2019s name.\u00a0 His last name reminds me of a Grinch sort of character\u2026 who instead of stealing Christmas\u2026 steals Greenwich Village.\u00a0 The Gingrich.<\/p>\n

Yep.\u00a0 Sure as ship\u2026 I would change my name.<\/p>\n

Now Tippi Hedren.\u00a0 THAT is a cool name.\u00a0 Or how about Ava Gardner.\u00a0 Those are TRULY\u00a0 some names, now.<\/p>\n

Okay\u2026 you are thinking\u2026 this… all coming from someone named Polly Cecile Constance Kronenberger.\u00a0 Glass house.\u00a0 Throwing rocks and that sort of thing.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t argue.\u00a0 My name is like some kind of hodgepodge on a sauerkraut sandwich.\u00a0 Like succotash at a cheap buffet, or something.<\/p>\n

In fact\u2026 I am the only Polly Kronenberger in the United States\u2026 the last time I checked.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As far as Polly\u2019s go\u2026..there are 35,019 people in the U.S. with the first name Polly.\u00a0 By ranking, it is the 1,003rd most popular first name.\u00a0\u00a0 Or least popular\u2026 depending on the glass half full deal.\u00a0 Mary, Patricia, and Jennifer are the top three.\u00a0 I know a whole bunch of Mary\u2019s, Patricia\u2019s, and Jennifer\u2019s.\u00a0 Not so many Polly’s.<\/p>\n

And\u2026. there are 615 people in the U.S. with the last name Kronenberger.\u00a0 Again… a relatively small number.\u00a0 No pun intended.<\/p>\n

But what\u2019s in a name after all\u2026
\nPeople are people.<\/p>\n

I guess what matter more is what\u2019s in your heart.
\nAs long as your name isn\u2019t \u2026. Newt.<\/p>\n
